The menu offers Peranakan cuisine and the dishes look deceptively simple, but involve subtly blended spices and seasoning. Wagyu beef rendang uses the cheek cut for tenderness, while spices, fermented shrimp paste, chilli and coconut milk underscore the rich, deep flavour.
