The lush garden complete with water features and a dining room decked out in colourful fabric are inspired by the nature and culture of northwestern Vietnam, Chef Phạm Việt’s birthplace. In the same vein, authentic Mông, Tày, Muong and Tai cuisine from the region dominates the menu resulting in a fascinating ethnic mix hard to find elsewhere. Rare ingredients such as snake, horse, buffalo and carp add to the exotic and eclectic experience.
