Description
The chef honed his remarkable skills while working in China for many years. He returned to Singapore and opened Yi – the Chinese word for art and craftsmanship, hence the fancy dining room adorned in exquisite paper art and the food that reflects eclectic influences from all over China. Steamed free range chicken in herbal broth impresses by its umami and mild herbal aftertaste. Also check out the seasonal menu bursting with creative twists.
