Description
With executive chef Rémy Carmignani on board, Maison Boulud is located in the shopping mall at Marina Bay Sands. The patio on the upper level boasts stunning views – perfect for al fresco dining. The elegant main dining room (lower level) has an oversize wine cellar displaying impressive vintages. The menu is defined by classic French cuisine, with more sophisticated plating, as opposed to bistro-style fare. There is also their signature seafood platter.
