On the seafood-focused menu, French classics come with subtle Asian twists. Signature dishes include foie gras crème brûlée and oven-roasted Dungeness crab. Finish off with coconut soufflé – golden and fluffy and with sea salt coconut ice cream on the side. Besides à la carte choices, there is a set menu for two. The beef Wellington needs to be pre-ordered.
