Description
Hotaru is one of those places where you can experiment, savour and be guided in complete confidence by the sushi bar chef. Located opposite the Retiro park, and decorated in an elegantly authentic style, this restaurant bases its cuisine around two well-balanced Omakase menus and an extensive Japanese-inspired à la carte (maki, temaki, sashimi, nigiri etc) with interesting and somewhat surprising hints of fusion from Mexico.
