A welcoming restaurant next to the Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência which became famous when its chef, Louise Bourrat, won the French version of Top Chef in 2022! The young international team (between them they speak seven languages) creates modern, globally inspired cuisine featuring delicate textures that exude femininity, and which is available (for dinner only) on two tasting menus: Omnivorus and the vegetarian Terra. One dish that we particularly enjoyed was the sweet potato ceviche with pomegranate, coconut and kaffir lime.
