Description
A restaurant with a restrained decor and a philosophy based on Omakase-style dining (hence the name) in the emblematic Plaza de María Pita of the city, where you’ll find nothing more than a sushi bar and a fish-aging cabinet. Here, Vigo-born chef Adrián Figueroa, a true expert when it comes to slicing techniques and the preparation of tuna, showcases his skills on a single tasting menu (to which you can also add extras such as eel, crayfish etc) that changes according to availability at the daily auction. Bookings need to be made via the restaurant’s website.
