Grilled chicken is the name of the game at this Isan shophouse restaurant. Launched in 1973 by the current owner’s father, it uses a local breed, spices them using a family recipe and skilfully grills them over charcoal. They only make 200 a day, which always sell out, so reserve a bird or arrive early. Also on the menu are simple Isan dishes, including delicious pork larb. Seating is available inside with or without AC and outside on the veranda.
