After living abroad for 10-plus years, the chef opened a pop-up kitchen at Yancheng Market to much acclaim. In memory of his childhood friends, he opened Marc L³ in 2021 to serve fine dining food in a relaxed atmosphere. His 9-course menu comprises modern, Western dishes made with local seasonable produce, weaving layered flavours with his witty descriptions. The soundtrack of English and Taiwanese oldies adds to the experience. The cocktail designed in-house is worth trying.
