The elegant Ti Trin Ned affords beautiful sea views – and it is the sea, the kitchen garden and the surrounding land that inspires the ‘Our World’ menu. Sourcing is central to their ethos and the Chef-Owner spends much time on the farm both planting and harvesting produce. The quality of the ingredients provides an excellent base for the original, understated dishes, which showcase strong classical technique and real depth of flavour. As well as the usual wine flights, you can also accompany the cooking with juice or beer pairings.
