With great dedication, the Hopmanns have been running this friendly, sleek, modern restaurant for over 20 years – Ingo heads up the kitchen; Petra is in charge front of house. Based on classical foundations, the cuisine is seasonal and draws on Mediterranean inspirations. One of the classics is, for example, gently braised lamb shank.
