DOYY offers an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with a touch of Middle Eastern elegance, reflecting the Azerbaijani-Turkish heritage of owner Yavuz. Chef Daan van Lieshout knows his French classics, as evidenced in the à la carte selection, which includes dishes such as steak tartare and tournedos Rossini. However, he also likes to incorporate Asian and Middle Eastern influences into his cooking – it is his set menu that really showcases his creativity.
