Relocating from Moos to Deggendorf, patron Daniel Klein and partner Josefine Noke have brought their [KOOK]36 concept to the fourth floor of the ERL real estate group's building. The five- to seven-course set menu comprises ingredient-led modern-creative dishes replete with international – mostly Asian – influences and vegetarian options. The ambience is chic and sophisticated, and the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful. Overseen by the maître d', the experienced front-of-house team provide charming service.
