Description
The highest restaurant in the city is located on floors 9 and 10 of the striking Axel Towers building, making it an ideal place to enjoy a cocktail while taking in the view. The menu – available in either a tasting or à la carte format – brings together a range of global influences, from Japanese (yuzu kosho) to South American (hamachi ceviche), with fabulous results. The wine pairings are particularly well-chosen.
