Une étoile MICHELIN : une cuisine d’une grande finesse. Vaut l’étape !
Des produits de première qualité, une finesse d’exécution évidente, des saveurs marquées, une constance dans la réalisation des plats.
There are few restaurants that are able to convey a connection between food, nature and a love for their country, but here chef Tasos Mantis manages to express his full passion for all three through his cooking. The experience starts with a presentation of some of the ingredients that will be used in your dishes, many are sourced from the garden overseen by the chef’s father. At Soil, the stars of the show are the vegetables, and above all the aromatic herbs, which are showcased on a single tasting menu that transmits originality, creativity and, first and foremost, quality. Located just a few steps from the Panathenaic stadium (the setting for the first Olympic Games of the modern era), occupies a house with a romantic patio shaded by orange and lemon trees. It also features a chef’s table, enabling guests to interact with the chef at close quarters as he prepares his dishes. An excellent selection of wines and a highly original non-alcoholic drinks pairing option adds to the appeal.
