This quintessential bistro serves classics of the genre, such as an indulgent take on œufs en meurette with an onion and red wine confit, barbecued baby chicken presented on vintage tableware, profiteroles stuffed with vanilla ice cream and an intense chocolate sauce – every dish is artfully composed.
