Description
The chef behind the name is Dario Breuer. He serves modern, creative dishes that are pleasingly minimalist and clearly structured. The "&" in the name deliberately leaves plenty of room for interpretation, because everyone should feel at home here – whether you like laid-back or ambitious cuisine, whether you are here for a meal with friends or colleagues, whether you want to push the boat out or perhaps just drop in for a glass of wine. True, indeed, to its byline: "casual fine dining". The monthly changing dishes are available à la carte or as a tasting menu. The wine list is also impressive, with around 260 items, including big names as well as new finds and a champagne section.
